At a time when the music looks backwards rather than forward, a decade in which people prefer to dig deeper into the past of rock history than focus on the present, Cruz del Sur Music presents a concert not to be missed for all fans of the darker side of the musical spectrum: PAGAN ALTAR!

Returning from the mists of time like an old NWOBHM omen, Terry and Alan Jones’ PAGAN ALTAR  will perform in the Eternal City on Saturday, May the 11th, 2013!

Authors of a personal sound at mid way between the dark metal of Black Sabbath and Pentagram and more progressive instances, the English band recently reissued all of his back catalog on Cruz del Sur Music, and is working on a new album of unreleased material  titled “Never Quite Dead.”

To accompany them, Rome doomsters DOOMRAISER and Parma’s CARONTE will opemn the graveyard dances: for the occasion, the bands will also present their new split output for Bloodrock Records / Lo-Fi Creatures.
