\nPagan Altar add a new mark in their cv, achieving one of the best gigs to remember within the loyal TemplarsFC!
\nOn a late September Friday night the latest ritual by the British band took place in the capital of cold Sweden. The performance and consequent feedback were way far from cold, though! They simply ruled the stage and the entire venue with a fulfilling setlist comprehensive of old classics like the immortal opening anthem “Pagan Altar<\/em>“.
\nYet, the witnesses could also enjoy unreleased songs from their upcoming album. The crowd got in fact a chunk of the long awaited “Never Quite Dead<\/strong><\/em>“, whose release will see the light in the first half of 2013.
\nAnd surely the fans had a good appetizer of it with “Dance of the Vampires<\/em>“, inspired by the infamous feature also known as “the Fearless Vampire Killers” from the late 60’s. In front of a very supportive and enthusiast audience they also performed “Highway Cavalier<\/em>“, a rarely witnessed live-piece from the \u201cTimelord\u201d Ep.<\/p>\n
More careful observers might have noticed the latest addition of the band, the new bass player (and homonymous of the restless Oasis member) Liam “WillyG” Gallagher<\/strong> who delivered the goods and definitely concreted up the solid Pagan Altar rythm section. The tunes have been backgrounded by a marvelous\u00a0 theater-like stage in a historic 19th century building in the center of the city that appeared just the perfect environment to be.
