In order to constantly improve our services and to avoid any possible problems with delivery, we have decided to upgrade our shipping policies. This not only improves our service, but means a saving for you and the security of a tracking number.<\/p>\n

All packages over 0,500 kg\u00a0 to EU (now including Sweden, Finland, UK, Denmark, Greece, Cyprus, Malta etc)<\/strong> will be shipped with DHL 1-day delivery and with a tracking number<\/strong>. The actual price of 9,99\u20ac (with no tracking) will be increased by 1\u20ac only for the first kilo (2 lps for example) .<\/p>\n

New rates are as follows:<\/p>\n

From 0,400kg to 0,999kg = 10,99\u20ac
\nFrom 1kg to 1,499kg = 13,99\u20ac
\nFrom 1,5kg to 1,999kg = 15,99\u20ac
\nFrom 2kg to 2,999kg = 19.99\u20ac
\nFrom 3kg to 3,999kg = 23,99\u20ac
\nFrom 4kg to 4,999kg = 26,99\u20ac<\/p>\n

Please note\u00a0 that if, according to DHL, you live in a \u201cREMOTE AREA\u201d,<\/strong>\u00a0 your shipment will be sent with no tracking number and you will be refunded of the price\u2019s difference.

Countries that are not part of the EU such as Switzerland and Norway<\/strong>, due to import regulations cannot be included in this upgrade. Therefore no change will happen.<\/p>\n

For the moment the rates for US\/CANADA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, JAPAN<\/strong> remain the same though we are working on an improvement on them as well.<\/p>\n

Website\u2019s orders\u00a0 from South America\/Asia\u00a0 are suspended until\u00a0 further notice<\/strong>. We\u00a0 are sorry to take this decision but we cannot guarantee a proper service.
